- Our deposit is non-refundable, so please make sure to place your order before paying the deposit.
- The refund and return policy is valid within 1 day of receiving the package. If the package is lost after shipment, we will provide a full refund or resend it. If there is any damage upon receiving the package, you can contact us and take photos of both the package and the product; we will resend items according to the lost quantity. Products with no quality issues will not be eligible for after-sales service, and DIY products are considered to have defects by default.
